房間也還可以，是這邊唯一一個四星酒店。怎麼説呢，節假日房價有點高，不用房卡插電，我們去的時候有電卡，可以一直用。酒店有早餐，不過不算好，建議早點去吃。酒店退房也可以寄存行李，去玩完再取行李都可以。門口的幾家吃的都不算好吃，可以自己帶點，超市有雨衣賣

前台小姐服務非常好，長得漂亮，説話温柔，我們晚上入住的，第一眼見到小姐姐以為是聶小倩本倩開的呢。真美，酒店也非常富麗堂皇。搞得清明活動，價格還有反貼。一級棒！

首先我長期出差住酒店，從來不評價，這一次的體驗差到極限，先辦理入住沒有聲音，今天早上出現更加奇葩事，早餐卷我給了，非説我沒有給，老公解釋給了，就抓住説你沒有給，後面服務員去酒店吧枱問有沒有包含早餐，包含了，但是回來以後還是説我們沒有給，我現場就發火了，大早上的，實在太影響一天的心情，酒店能不能有管理層在現場監督服務，能不能員工培訓一下？還有酒店應該是有聲服務，感覺像啞巴式酒店。我説的這些酒店領導查監控，可以瞭解一下情況，不然太影響口碑，那麼好的環境，結果因為人破壞了整個印象分

酒店位置很好，就在華鎣山景區門口，拉開窗簾就能看到雪，酒店背後的山上掛滿冰柱，冰雪季住這個酒店一定要去背後看一眼。房間空調給力，唯一需要改進的就是浴室花灑是固定的，小孩子洗澡不方便。晚餐吃的酒店128的2-3人套餐，性價比很高。
