房間電視機無法使用，對於老年人來説不能接受。這類基本設施問題還是應該提前告知。
下午提醒老闆維修，到晚上六點多才説沒法修，也不會去管。而且給攜程客服説是我們六點多才要求修，找不到維修人員，倒打一耙説得像是我不講理的樣子。
如果一開始就帶着誠意解釋一下，或者表示出一點點歉意，我們完全可以接受。不會覺得服務有問題。不能接受的是理直氣壯，設備壞了我有理。

放間很破爛 連門把手都是壞的關門都費勁 地板也稀爛 他們家還可以拍照 不過也是坑的要死 拍的差修的更差 還什麼精修 太扯了 完全就是衹想做一次性生意的那種 完全不負責任 很垃圾 大家注意避坑

這家店真的還有人來住嗎？？？老闆態度真的太差了，沒見過這麼歪惡的老闆，做生意這樣絕對做不長久！！！！我們也是看中她家的位置和評論才選的這家，沒想到居然遇到這種人，真的無語，倒了八輩子的血黴了，大家一定要擦亮眼睛，不然有的是後悔，走過路過千萬就要錯過！！！給老闆打電話溝通，結果老闆拒絕溝通，一直掛電話，聯繫電話也不給我們，讓人確實無語，也不懂做個生意這樣搞，圖什麼，能賺錢賺幾千萬，醉了，算我倒黴，這錢送你多撐幾天生意！！！
