入住酒店後，隔壁與樓上就一直在打麻將，一開始因為自己沒睡也沒覺得什麼，後來等準備睡覺了，麻將聲一直一直在打，從晚上十二點一直到凌晨五點沒有停過一直一直在那吵吵吵，酒店的隔音可以説跟沒有一樣，我並不認為這是打麻將客人的問題，酒店本來就是一個睡覺的地方，這是主要的職責，也是有義務去保持一個至少較為安靜的環境，我不是對噪音敏感的人，但是晚上的噪音真的能讓人忍無可忍，一開始十二點一點多兩點多都在那想着忍忍就過去了，睡着就好了，不想去提出這件事情，到了四點半麻將聲越來越大，我和我女朋友最後真的忍無可忍了去跟酒店溝通這件事情，但是酒店連電話都打不通，打了四五次根本打不通，最後迫於無奈衹能聯繫攜程官方，攜程官方也沒有聯繫上酒店，好笑的是最後我們穿衣服去樓下前台兩個人全在蓋着被子呼呼大睡，這就是這個酒店的工作人員的工作態度與狀態？然後把工作人員叫醒了以後嘗試與其溝通，説換房間不同意，如果硬要換就要付衞生費，80元？？我定個房間才120元你要個80元，是我看起來特別好騙還是我的錢特別好搶啊？結果換房間溝通無果最後告訴我們去提醒他們打麻將小聲點？本來問題就不是出在打麻將的客人身上，既然酒店推出來麻將房間，客人就有權利24小時一直打麻將，但是作為酒店至少要保持隔音的良好維護其他房間安靜的義務吧？沒有這個功夫非要去攔那個瓷器活。那沒辦法你去提醒吧，提醒了跟沒用一樣還是在那吵，最後沒辦法採納了攜程方換酒店的建議，既然與酒店方溝通無果就不溝通了，第二天攜程跟酒店方談酒店取消的時候那個負責人死活不同意，真是笑死了，説什麼我們為什麼不能早點提非要四點多提，不是你們這個酒店真的搞笑，我們一直一直容忍你容忍你，到四點多才忍無可忍來提這件事情你來告訴我為什麼不早點提？你們自己做不好事情就這樣子推卸責任？就是這樣的酒店毒瘤也好意思在花垣開？真是死豬不怕開水燙，知道自己做的跟排泄物一樣了就是不承認，還不肯取消，就你們這樣的酒店存在這個世界上也是客人的包容性實在是太大了。

近期住過的最差的酒店，沒有之一，沒有窗户，沒有椅子，浴霸沖水沖的到處都是，密碼和標識的不一樣，浴霸的水可以在馬桶旁邊有積水，還沒一次性拖鞋，對不起近200的價格，非常不滿意。
