The reception is okay, *** promises to have our luggage brought to the room. When nothing has happened after 30 minutes, I check. The luggage is in front of the hotel entrance, where the hotel boys are also. Since nobody cares, I help myself and carry the luggage to the room. Then I complain to the reception that there is no toilet paper in our room (No. 308). *** promises to act immediately. But it doesn't work as quickly as expected, this challenge is only mastered after half an hour. Since the soap dispenser on the sink was filled, I assumed in my boundless naivety that the dispensers for shower gel and shampoo in the shower should also be filled. none. There were two small tubes with shampoo and washing gel, which were just enough for two people to take a shower. Upon arrival, *** did not want to see our overnight Vouture. When we wanted to leave the hotel early in the morning, we were suddenly asked to pay the room rate. Long back and forth, the copy of our Vouture was not recognized either. When everything was finally clear, the driver couldn't drive in front of the reception because the security ***n who could operate the barrier wasn't there. So the luggage had to be dragged to the barrier. The room is nicely furnished. Fridge (empty), kettle with tea, AC and fan and a safe are available. The hotel has a pool, gym, spa and, in addition to the breakfast restaurant Phlox Cafe, another restaurant Road 31 and a bar. The breakfast is typical of the country. Eggs can be fried, toast, jam and butter are available. All in all, nice rooms, quiet but central location, everything was great, apart from the really miserable service. There's still a lot of room for improvement.

This property is right on the Bank of a Lake, lovely view, very spacious outdoors. Needs a bit of refreshing in the Rooms and the Bar. The Restaurant and the Staff here is good I have stayed in many 5/7 star hotels in the past but the Breakfast here is truly unique. Not just the Variety but very very Tasty and healthy. We stayed a night at the hotel on our way to Hubli since the flight reached at 8.30 pm at Hubli airport. There was a vehicle waiting for us to take us to the hotel even though it is located across the road opposite the airport. Check in was fast. The concierge Aslam was very helpful and polite. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast buffet was at par with all the 5 star hotels across the country. Will definitely stay here whenever we are in Hubli Our best wishes to the GM and staff of the hotel.
