1.設施：先不提房間價位高低、設施配置，一間房空氣總要是一樣的吧，異味、煙味、腐肉味太重未去除。
2.環境：樓上是KTV，很“熱鬧”，凌晨2點後才會安靜，次日需要辦事，入住慎重。
3.服務：衞生服務，也是槽點最大的。
電話機、桌面上有“**”…
如果出門辦事，想請保潔打掃下，被懟：你又不繼續多住幾天，你這樣我要多做幾次衞生。
？？我花了錢住酒店服務，我衹是需要垃圾清理一下，不是很正常？什麼時候衞生打掃還分次數了？？怎麼能這樣？打掃幾次，是你們內部酒店管理的問題，關顧客什麼事？！
