前台服務態度很差，房間很小，除了床基本沒空間，衞生間更加小，衞生間門和馬桶距離不到五釐米。房間靠近馬路，晚上樓下就是KYV，簡直了，太吵了，根本沒法睡。重點是床單有很大塊污漬，睡醒才發現…

吵死了，長者被吵的高血壓都犯了。酒店三到五樓是KTV。視頻是零晨一點多去前台投訴前錄的，讓他們聽聽能睡嗎？！前台很抱歉態度很好但什麼問題都解決不了，衹能安慰兩點過後KTV就下班了。衹能放一個視頻，八樓十樓的也錄了都是吵吵吵吵吵！根本睡不了。年輕人都被吵的頭疼，長者犯高血壓！第二吃了早餐十點出髮帶着小朋友讓前台工作人員看，兩個大眼圈一副迷糊困的要命的樣子！前台小姐姐是態度很好，很抱歉。應該是很同情我們吧！也是被投訴的太多他們也沒辦法！
