總體還行，正規酒店，規模相對較大，位置不錯，服務態度好，停車方便，早餐品種不算太少。 存在明顯問題：年代久遠，設施老化（床單有破損縫補，見圖四），衞生間排水差（存水嚴重），房間門鎖不能反鎖（外面拿卡能刷進），晚間用沙發椅子頂住才能安睡，雙床床頭衹有一個牀頭櫃和一個插座，地方小且充電極不方便。 特別提示：酒店提供的小袋裝茶葉，是收費，收費，收費的，重要事情提醒三遍，因跟免費水放在一起，取用時注意，別踩坑（沒注意被坑25元），介意慎取！！！

非常喜歡這家民宿，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，更重要的是老闆人好，待客熱情，服務周到，老闆娘的廚藝不錯，飯菜好吃。另外值得一提的是，有兩間房可以躺在床上看日出，那感覺超級爽！如果下次再來郭亮村，我們還會選擇他們家！
