San Hotel is a comfortable, quiet and elegant hotel. The sea view can be seen from the rooms on three sides of the hotel! There is a feeling of connected mountains and rivers, the night view is charming, the hotel section is fully equipped, and there are Chinese and Western restaurants for special dining. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!! This place is full of cockroaches, the staff is rude and unwelcoming and be careful with them as they are liars too! They won’t give your money back!!!! We have arrived in the hotel 1:30 in the afternoon and we had to leave by 7pm because of the cockroaches. You can’t really see them during the day but we went out for some food in the evening and when we got back to the hotel it was already dark. When we turned the lights on in the bedroom and bathroom and when we saw the amount of bugs all over the room we have immediately packed our bags. I’ve complained the person on the reception and he said that he can either give us a refund or the best room available in the hotel. We weren’t interested in staying with them as if there’s one family of cockroaches there will be more! He also said that they have spent over $50,000 on trying to get rid of the pests but nothing seems to be working. When the hotel manager arrived he informed us that this hotel has not got cockroaches and this is the first time he heard this complaint. Luckily I’ve already taken photos and videos and spoke to the hotel receptionist at that point who said about it being a massive problem. The pictures of the room is also very inaccurate, this place is run down, shower door hanging, dirty toilets and bedsheets, the room also smells horrible and you don’t really get a sea view, it’s only a tiny peak of the sea with a balcony that you can just step out to on your own as it’s so small. After almost a week of back and forth between trip.com and the hotel we got our money back but I know not everyone is this fortunate! Make sure your read the reviews also as we didn’t do this before booking in here.

Stayed here for a night with my friend before we headed to the resorts. The exterior of the hotel looked nice and modern, and the receptionists helped us with our luggage. Checked in was 2/3pm and we arrived early, had to come back in a while since the room wasnt ready but not a big issue. Located next to the beach, we could easily walk over to the beach and shops. One thing would be how there was no hot water and we had to shower with cold water. And had also encountered a small cockroach... But overall the room was spacious, could easily have our luggage lying openly and still had space to walk around, and had an outdoor balcony (but shared with your neighbor, so will be awkward if you happen to see your neighbor outside when you open your curtains).

The worst experience of my life, the rooms of this hotel are full of cockroaches! We chose this hotel to spend the night because we had our return flight the next morning, after collecting the keys to the room we dropped off our luggage and then we went to eat, on our return 1 hour after checkin, we found more than 20 cockroaches everywhere in the room (on the bed on the pillows and even on top of our suitcases 🤮). We went down to see reception, they offered to change rooms and the same subject, as soon as we opened the door we saw cockroaches running around on the floor and hiding under the bed. When we asked for a clean room without cockroaches they simply told us “We cannot guarantee you a room without cockroaches”. So I called Trip.com to resolve the matter but the hotel refused to cancel my reservation on the pretext that I had exceeded 6 a.m. when it had not even passed 2 hours after check-in and so I had to pay for another hotel to spend the night at €90.
