New, clean. Towels and bed linen are all excellent. They provide 2 bottles of water per day, the breakfast is delicious. There are many cafes nearby. There seems to be a beach, but the tides are very strong, as on the whole island - you can only swim at high tide from about 16-00. Very good for 1-2 nights

Pick-up and drop-off were both good.
The overall facilities were a bit vague, but the location was great. I was surprised to see the sea in the morning.
The meals are also pretty good. Even though I didn't make a reservation for a meal, they just told me to eat.
There was no separate check-out, and I gave the key back to the staff before dropping it off, so that was check-out haha.
