IInna MazkoOur stay in the apartment was wonderful! It is a large apartment with three bedrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the apartment of 3 bathrooms (showers) it is very convenient! In the bathrooms there is shampoo, air conditioning and shower gel; more than enough towels for all living.
Beautiful interior, which makes staying particularly pleasant. Big TV with different channels in all languages - this is estimated by our child 😊
On the first floor there is a playground, we played with the kid. Nice neighbors 😊
Imran, the owner of these bright apartments, made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Imran was in touch before settlement, helped us with taxi advice, called us a taxi to the airport. When we were inhabited, we had prepared clean bottled water and even cooled water. Thank you!
There are many different dishes in the apartment. There are tea, coffee, dry cream.
The apartment had a leaflet with contacts where you can order a delivery of food. When booking on the site there was useful information about where to go to dinner.
Imran told us where to buy fruit. We took the advice and tried various new fruits for us.
The apartments are near the beach. We enjoyed a walk and met the sunset. The views are amazing! The ocean is beautiful! The water color is magical!
Near the place of residence is Central Park. Goed to go - liked!
We really liked the city! We found a lot of beautiful for ourselves!
We stayed just one night before departure. But I'd like to stay in this beautiful city for a few days and better know it.

BBeeing美音We arrived at around 10 PM and found this hotel to be a great choice for a one-night stay before transferring to a luxury resort the next day.
The service was excellent and everything was well organized. The hotel coordinated directly with our next resort to arrange the speedboat transfer schedule, so we didn’t have to worry about any logistics.
Upon arrival at the airport, we were picked up by the hotel’s van and transferred to the hotel smoothly. During check-in, the staff provided all the details for our transfer to the next resort, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Highly recommended for travelers looking for a convenient transit stay before heading to their resort.

GGuest UserEverything was clean, nice, and the room had a pleasant smell. The only thing was the windows were very small, but since we only stayed for one night, it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast and airport transfer were included in the price, which was a nice bonus.

GGuest UserThe location was great, right next to the beach. However, we experienced several issues during our stay.
First, there was sand on the floor tiles while we had just entered the room barefoot. Also, there was no hot water in the shower. Then, at 9:15 in the morning, the staff knocked on our door twice to wake us up, claiming there was noise coming from our AC outdoor unit and asking us to turn the AC off. After half an hour, no one gave us any update, so we had to call reception ourselves. They had no clue about the situation and told us they would look into it.
Around another 15 minutes later, we received a call saying the AC issue had been resolved and that we could turn the AC back on. Later, while we were using the washroom, we discovered there was no water supply. We had to call reception again and were informed that the water would return in another 5 minutes. We ended up waiting inside the washroom until the water came back.
Until we checked out, we did not receive any apology, nor was any alternative support offered while we were experiencing the issue.

GGuest UserI booked Star Shell for very first time as a resident who working and living in Maldives via trip.com. Price is reasonable.
The check in was quick and simple. Staff were very helpful. The room is lovely. However, if you are sensitive to the noise then I am not recommended, because you can hear the car noise from road. My room got lonely view far from sea and shade from tree.
Very basic amenities provided as dental kit, bath amenities attached in bathroom.
I wish to extend my stay directly with property as my bf able to fly to see me after his work, but as per property rules if you don’t have marriage certificate then it won’t be allowed to proceed. I understand, but nothing was mentioned so I won’t recommend to any expats in the Maldives.
Overall just okay for transit night before fly out or to go other island.

We booked a superior room but faced a brick wall so no visible daylight which I was quite surprised at
Unfortunately, our sleep quality wasn’t great as the hotel is extremely noisy
Rooms are next to a central staircase which radiates noise (the hotel has hard floors throughout) so we heard staff talking and doors slamming until the early hours. (We were on the 2nd floor)
Also got bitten badly on the 6th floor terrace so take mosquito spray
Other than the noise this is a good place to stay for a quick transit but take earplugs and don’t expect a view unless you book a front room

@@MamunI booked hotels in the Maldives through your website. But due to the non-availability of rooms, I was able to book a room for only one guest in your hotel. But my guest was two I have repeatedly requested you to allow two guests in our room. But you told me that yes we did it but you didn't inform the hotel. I had to pay 60 dollars due to not knowing the hotel. We are a travel agency and we have to pay a fine of 60 dollars for a room. In that case, we have a huge loss. If you had informed the hotel, they would have given us the room. We were able to talk to the hotel later. We never expected this from your website because there are many websites from which we trust you to book hotels all the time. We are very sorry very sorry very saddened by your behavior.

ルルームこきみThe room was good. Very clean and comfortable. The shower drained well. The sheets and bed were OK. The problem was that the shower water temperature was not stable and there was no hook for the shower head, so I couldn't wash my head with both hands. The hot water sometimes came out and sometimes didn't depending on the timing. It would be helpful if they provided a service such as an adapter for overseas electrical plugs. The biggest problem was the attitude of the staff! Very bad. There was no support for carrying luggage, and when I asked, they just ran away. The man at the front desk did not think that his job was to serve customers. Communication would have gone well if he had explained things slowly and calmly, but he got angry and confrontational, his language was rough, and it was extremely unpleasant. It is very important to improve for your sake. I think they should receive hospitality training.

Kkellyy56Stayed here for a night with my friend before we headed to the resorts. The exterior of the hotel looked nice and modern, and the receptionists helped us with our luggage. Checked in was 2/3pm and we arrived early, had to come back in a while since the room wasnt ready but not a big issue. Located next to the beach, we could easily walk over to the beach and shops. One thing would be how there was no hot water and we had to shower with cold water. And had also encountered a small cockroach... But overall the room was spacious, could easily have our luggage lying openly and still had space to walk around, and had an outdoor balcony (but shared with your neighbor, so will be awkward if you happen to see your neighbor outside when you open your curtains).

We arrived in a room with foul smell, we requested to be moved to the next room where the smell isn’t so bad but every time we arrived from outside in to the new room, the strong smell of cigarettes is very noticeable.
Upon check in, we were informed that the breakfast is until 10am, but buffet were already removed by 9:30am.
The cereal bowl is kid size, only one glass of water as offered, no refill.
The lady in the restaurant who seems to be from Nepal was very polite, but it still doesn’t cover all the downside of our stay. No available TV in the room, and the bath room tissue is from the former guests.
