酒店整體環境不錯，設施比較新，服務也很好，就是冬季供暖也太好了點，外面冰天雪地，屋裡堪比三亞夏季。

前台態度惡劣 感覺自己高高在上 外賣不讓送上樓 她把自己吃了 還是扔了就不知道了
外賣正常是可以送上樓 ， 如果酒店規定不可以送上樓 ， 酒店前台是有相應服務服務的， 但是今天值班的人，態度極其惡劣 ，罵了一些臟話，搖頭晃尾巴的！
