I had the unfortunate experience of getting a room that was dusty, had trash under the tv unit ? from previous traveler, and also a small insect crawling while i was praying. I had to call the counter twice before they entertained my complain, and being in the same room when they are cleaning and spraying insect repellent made the stay a whole lot more terrible. Maybe you should have provided a new room for your guests if the cleanliness is not up to par.

Happy with everything offered but the welcome drink should be made more welcomed. Your welcome drink was 100 m and 2 floors of steps down.
The welcome should be by or nearby reception/check in counters.
