夠噁心的，他們是隔離酒店沒有告知我們，6號入住當晚就説有確診，毫無預兆的被隔離，與我們沒有任何關係，自費隔離了7天➕3天居家（由於沒有地方住，一共被隔離了10天）花費2000元。酒店沒有任何舉措。#衞生垃圾#服務垃圾#位置交通垃圾#房間設施垃圾#早餐垃圾

不滿意的是三十多的温度，把中央空調給關了，孩子和大人都熱得嗓子發炎了🥺🥺還有訂的是1.5雙床房，酒店安排入住的是1.2雙床房

酒店整體還算不錯，雖然是裝修時間很久的一家酒店，但是酒店內設施保護的還算不錯。前台服務態度也很好，唯一缺點就是在去哪兒網預訂酒店居然不是酒店自己掛上去的，説是旅行社自己掛的，説好的兩張1.5米標準間，到店變成了兩張1.2米的，聯繫客服又聯繫不上，後來前台兩位美女看到我們帶着孩子就免費幫我們換成家庭房了。總體來説，下次出行訂酒店一點不選去哪兒網了，還是直接聯繫酒店比較靠譜。

此次住宿非常失望:1.在網上訂的三間客房，每間含兩份早餐。酒店沒有自助早餐，送肯德基最便宜的套餐（雪菜粥和油條）我三間房一共花了6份早餐錢，結果酒店每間房衹給一份。讓酒店按照我購買的送6份，酒店不但不送，還振振有詞説入住就三人。我花了6人份錢，那你怎麼早餐沒衹收我3人的錢，給我退另外3份早餐錢呢？最終酒店衹給了5份早餐，欠的一份沒有補差價，連道歉都沒有。2.房間很小，衞生間就是陽台改造的，花灑水流非常小，地面還滑，孩子摔倒了，屁股着地，還好沒什麼事。長者所在房間也很滑，幸好扶着旁邊，打滑才沒摔着。不推薦的酒店，預訂是被“照*”*了，對房間環境和酒店服務不滿意。
