I stayed for another 3 days. This is the hotel I was most satisfied with during my trip to Inner Mongolia. The waitress was very kind and the front desk lady was also very nice. They were all better than I expected.

The decoration style of the hotel is very distinctive, the breakfast buffet experience is acceptable, the location is excellent, and the surrounding shopping and travel are very convenient. Two service details are expected to be improved by the hotel: when checking out the luggage, no staff member took the initiative to assist; a tall male staff member passed by, and did not take the initiative to help. In addition, there is no member gift for check-out. Compared with the service of the same brand Huazhuhui store, there is a slight gap. It is recommended to strengthen staff service awareness training.
