Rooms are clean and the staff is nice. The new front desk employee Auneet does a wonderful job. If I needed anything the front desk staff has no problem with helping. The experience is great and I compliment all staff. This is for front desk and housekeeping as well.

Candlewood Suites Herndon, VA Great stay at Candlewood Suites in Herndon. I always stay her because of the bed, pillows, kitchen, dishwasher. All utensils, pots and pans, washer & dryers, the cupboard and of course the Great staff. My company had boxes of material sent to the hotel, I thought it would be a problem but to my gratefulness they accepted them and stored them till I picked them up. Thanks again to the front desk staff, even offered to help load them onto the bellhop dolly. Good locations for a lot of restaurants and shopping can’t go wrong staying here. I will be back when working again in this area.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for a few months. And the service and amenities are exceptional. The room is updated and extremely clean. Everyone at the front desk Harris, Cindy,Vickie,Victor,Faisal, and Stephanie. Are always helpful and attentive to your needs. Carmen in housekeeping always left my room spotless and smelling clean. Great property and great staff

I turned up after a long flight to find out that they had cancelled my room at 5pm because there was no answer from the contact number - not surprising as I didn't land until 8. Utterly appalling service - I will NEVER go back there

I’ve stayed at this location on 2 different occasions. Both time I’ve been happy with my stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable. They accommodate dogs and the parking is spacious. The location is good for the business I had in the area and it’s not too far from grocery stores and food options. The price is on the higher end but for the area and the benefits of a small kitchenette and free laundry machines the value is worth it. If I’m in the area again I will definitely seek to stay here again.
