I thought that I had already paid for everything in advance through Trip.com, and when I checked out, there was no explanation, no receipt, and after returning home, I found that the additional charges were automatically charged. When I inquired with the hotel, the drink fee that should have been charged to another room was charged here. If there is an additional charge to be debited from the card, I think the rule is to explain it at checkout and hand over the receipt. This is the worst hotel.

I nevwr leave reviews, but this is a sanitation issue.
I arrived late and fell sleep on top of the bed. When i woke up i turned the sheets down to notice several blood stains that showed that the sheets were not changed.
I tried calling downstairs several times, but there was no answer. I finally gave and went to sleep on the chair since i was so tired. I mentioned it in the morning, but they wanted to get someone to look and i had to be somewhere in 15 minutes. I just checked out and left.
I have since tried calling and faxing them and never received a reply.
NEVER AGAIN! If they are cutting corners cleaning and making beds please think twice before staying here.

Rooms are nice, clean and big. Staff was very nice upon check in. Eric our shuttle driver could not have been more helpful. He is a great person to represent this hotel to arriving guests. Shuttle experience at the beginning of our trip was not so nice. Eric needs to show the other driver how to be personable, helpful and a genuine pleasure to talk to. Thanks

As soon as I entered the property I was greeted by friendly staff and a welcome bag.
The rooms have plenty of clean space with everything I needed to feel right at home.

While staying the hotel was actively undergoing some upgrades, such as new carpet installation in the hallways. It would've been nice to have some advance notice from the hotel via email ahead of time. There was a notice in the lobby which I did not see coming in using the digital room-key, so quite a surprise to walk off the elevator with no carpeting and peeling wallpaper. The hotel overall is in need of some serious updating. Everything just felt run down and old. The breakfast spread was just okay. A lot of items were cold, even sitting in the warmers.

The hotel is pretty dated. The bathroom wasn't working properly, and the doors and hall area looked age.
The area where the bathroom met the bedroom had a ***** with exposed nails. I wouldn't stay there again. Maybe they gave me an older room.
