Heater didn't work. Neighbors were playing loud music and "smoking" until almost 5 AM.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!! The room smelled disgusting!!! The air conditioner was broken and super loud!!! There were German roaches in the bathroom, the bed was hard as a rock! Neighboring rooms were loud throughout the night!!! Will NEVER stay here again!!!!!

Staff was friendly & concerned. People bbqing, drinking & hanging out in the hallways was unusual. I would think that there would be a designated area for that.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Water pressure for bathroom sink was extremely low. Lighting above bathroom sink wasn't very good.
