Stay in January which should be down season and seems less amount of people servicing in restaurant.
Room was great clean and specious but I experienced power shortage 6:00am in morning.
Will try to check it out in summer.

The accommodation is reasonably good, but the cleanliness is at a level of 3-4. The price of accommodation should include breakfast as well, which would be very good.

The hotel service is very good, the staff are very friendly and have been assisting us. When we need it, they explain it to us in detail. The hotel facilities are very good, everyone can enjoy it

Staff were great! Easy checkin. Fridge didn’t work and another was delivered quickly. Property is looking a little tired in the main hallways and rooms especially. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Nice linens. Would have liked ports for charging phones & tablets.

Food was great! Beautiful view around Deerhurst and lots to do. Did not enjoy the room we were in (hillside resort view), but based on others experiences I think this was likely just bad luck with the room we got put in to.
