Stay in January which should be down season and seems less amount of people servicing in restaurant.
Room was great clean and specious but I experienced power shortage 6:00am in morning.
Will try to check it out in summer.

The accommodation is reasonably good, but the cleanliness is at a level of 3-4. The price of accommodation should include breakfast as well, which would be very good.

We stayed here for a dance competition and have done so for many years. Every year I am more disappointed than the last. This year I had booked the Summit buildings. When I arrived the put me in Building 52, which was under construction and not completed. I could overlook that, however, when we got to the room we discovered the entire building had no air conditioning. It hadn't been installed yet. The room registered 30C. I went back to ask to move and they said no, there was nothing they could do. I literally argued with them for an hour, going back and forth with one of the managers, when they finally relented and moved us to another Summit building. The fact that they knowingly checked guests into rooms without air conditioning when it was 30C is unacceptable. They knew the rooms had no air and were hot and they pretended like there was no issue. The rooms are dated and tired and in need of an upgrade. If you are there to use the lake and outdoor amenities, then stay at one of the newer condos by the water. We needed to be close to the main building. If I didn't have to be there for a specific event, I would never stay at Deerhurst.

Make kitchen more accessible and have a main floor powder room. The view is incredible, love the screened in room. Having some activities available a little earlier would be nice— in May there’s no outdoor activities other than golf

Efficiently run, friendly, clean resort. I could not find anything I did not love. Indoor pool refreshing, open and airy. Breakfast buffet delicious had everything you could want. Dinner at Compass Grill was, yummy. Right time to book midweek in May so quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our Anniversary stay. Thank you, Deerhurst.

Lot's of indoor and outdoor activities for kids and families.
Didn't have to leave the property in three days and enjoyed every bit of our stay there.

Great space and venue for events. The staff were nice and friendly. The resort was clean. Rooms showing age. Uncomfortable pillows. Not many restaurants open and food overpriced. Kids meals for 20$ and adult drinks $15. No restaurants or cafe open for late night food and drinks. Nice big pool area but it’s starting to show its age. Pool had too much chlorine and bleached bathing suits and damaged peoples hair. Nothing special, and nothing extra, when compared to other big resorts.
