服務員不好，先給了一個最把頭的普通房，窗外就是大門口的門廊，景觀被遮了一般，後來説加錢換湖景房，結果給了另一個把頭的湖景房，可以看到湖的一角，酒店沒有什麼客人，房間都是空着的，可服務員確給最差的房，我想估計因為攜程是中國的公司吧，這個酒店服務差評！

Nice staff and pretty clean facility. Pools and hot tub were great but not many kayaks to use in the lake. Overall a great experience and will visit again soon.

Had a wonderful stay, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the friendly bartender, who always smile and story to tell, enjoyed the hospitality. Place was clean, but couple things need a little TLC. Overall we really enjoyed our brief vacation and would go back.

Very surprised and happy with maintenence and upgrades to hotel including hardwood floor, wallpaper and painting. Staff was amazing with assisting us all of our needs. Housekeeping staff was courteous and cleanliness was very good as well. Laila the spa therapist was great and knowledgeable. I had two appoin**ents with her. I strongly recommend using the spa facilities. We will be back again and again.

Thank you for hosting our Muskoka Rodeo from 14th to 17th March 2024 at Hidden Valley Resort. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provided during our event. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they were clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the buffet very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided was sufficient and was timely replenished. Your chefs’ culinary skills are obvious judging from the positive feedback we received from the participants.. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your banquet staff. Richard, James and Bonnie were always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. We look forward to book our next event at Hidden Valley Resort.

The resort is older but needs updating . No elevator but worst thing was the walls are so thin you can hear everything. We changed rooms as the people next to us were super loud. Than we had again problem people next to us and had to call the front desk. After a warning it was better. Room is nice and clean and staff helpful but people do not seem to respect others. So we will not stay here again as it is not a cheap hotel and was super noisy and not a nice relaxing stay.
