This hotel was rated high but I was not impressed. There was trash in the bathroom and the towels had not been restocked. The room overall seemed to be as it was spot cleaned. The linens were wrinkled and looked worn. I have stayed at Holiday Inn before but not this location. This was my last time staying at this location. Totally overpriced!!!

There is no hot tub. I’m on a 100 mile hike and was taking a rest at the city for a night. Was really looking forward to the hot tub, it’s why I booked this property. I get here and they say it’s been filled with cement.

TV did not work. Called the front and no one ever addressed it. Stayed in room 411. Two night stay. No TV.

BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!!! I received about 30 bites and stayed just one night for about 8 hours total. Beware!!! Also, there was someone's hair in the shower, mold in the shower caulking, very poor water spray, there was space between the deadbolt lock and the door (so I could see out into the hall with the door closed/locked). Very bad stay. And yes, I agree, the hotel is a bit of a challenge to get to and there is not much parking in front, so be ready to walk from a lot back behind the hotel up to the hotel's entrance. Quick onto the interstate when you leave though.

Room wasn’t cleaned after the first day, stayed 5. Pillows had some kind of stained. Mattress need to be replaced, horrible.

Bed was not comfortable as other Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The room was not quite due to being able hear the shower in the room next door.
