Overall experience was okay. Bathrooms are TOO SMALL and fans DO NOT WORK and staff WOULD NOT REPAIR. Breakfast is EXPENSIVE as are all drinks — water, soda, etc. Lobby is cold as ice in winter but staff was friendly and helpful in most ways. Suites feel SMALL and HVAC is LOUD when it runs.

This doubletree is just okay. The location isn’t bad and is right off the highway. The room we were given definitely felt dated and dingy. It was hard to tell if different corners of the room were dirty, or just had grime from wear and age. I didn’t realize that breakfast wasn’t included, and it cost $17 per person. We skipped it and found a cheaper and more filling option elsewhere. There was a table designated for complimentary coffee, but at 7am there were no coffee urns set out… only creamer. I came by again a little later and still there was no coffee out. The lobby is warm and inviting, and the staff that we had contact with were pleasant.

Staff was extremely friendly, polite & courteous. The room we stayed in was also very nice and clean. Groceries & food was right next door so didn’t have to drive or walk much if we needed anything last minute. 10/10 experience :)

Can here for a race event in the area. Had to be up early to compete. Dealt with 10-15 kids playing in the hallway both nights. Got our doorbell rang 2 times in one night with no one there when we answered. Went to the front desk to ask if they could tell them to knock it off and the front desk attendant said “ there’s nothing I can do”. I even spoke with a “security” member in the hallway who admitted that he had heard the group and said “ I’ll tell the GM” Yet, nothing changed. This combined with how dirty/old everything is, you are probably best looking elsewhere. STAY AWAY

The room was nicer than the pictures. The double doors that separate the bedroom from the living room made my stay silent and peaceful. I honestly didn’t hear ANY hotel noises or other guests.

Pleasant stay
Very clean, quiet room. The room was exactly as described on the website. Check in was a breeze and the front desk clerk was very professional and personable. I would definitely stay there again.

What have been a 5 star but!!!
Great stay but for the price i expected a lot nicer quality. Scratches in walls and ceiling tiles broken needing replacement
