Terrible experience, roaches everywhere, room dirty, bathroom also very dirty and shower had cracks in it. Broken coffee and juice machine.

This was by far the worst hotel I have everrrrrrrr stayed at... There were broken sinks leftover food in refrigerator, dirty sheets, hair in the tub and the kicker shi* letf in the toilet. This hotel should be closed down... came here for graduation weekend with family most hotels were full I could tell why this one wasnt... On top of poor communication from management regarding my refund was given the run around and a promise of returned call its been 4 days heard nothing...Disgusting to say the least they definitely need to remove the 2 stars... Management should totally be responsible. It's making click the 1 star..But I WOULD NEVER!!!

Unbelievable dump. First room stank too bad. Holes in wall and carpet. Got another room, no towels, dirty sheets with hair, no fan cover, no vacuumed floor, TV was on, window open. Never seen such a hot mess. Left it for fear of bed bugs. Absolute dump.

It was okay, could’ve been cleaner. Was trash stacked high in hallway that smelled really bad, we thought it was a dead cat or something the way it smelled and mind you this was in the hallway !! Bathroom shower curtain was a little dirty and sheets had small stain on them but that’s the only bad things. Location was great and convenient, they just have to tidy up better.

No refrigerator in room.
Bathroom counter was falling off.
Window curtain not attached.
Terrible patchwork on wall.
Sheets were dirty!
HVAC unit very loud and the vent face was falling off!

Room had an odor. Was "supposedly" non-smoking. TV did not work properly. Wood panel from kitchenette cabinet was off and propped up by the garbage can. Two drawers were falling apart and were unusable. Couch was nasty. Safety door lock was broken.

The carpet needed swept. Light fixture above bed was dusty and dirty. No door safety lock. Smoke detector was open and no battery. Wall needed painted. Ceiling light constantly flashed. The vanity was held up with a board. The heater cover fell off. The pillows were old and worn out, but other than that it was ok.

night clerk had an attitude clumps of dirt in our floor couldn't get a vacuum or would have cleaned it outself cable didnt work covers were dirty no wash cloths room was falling apart desk trim was falling off door handle was coming off draws wouldnt close talked to clerk she said we were making things up and we got what we paid for
