酒店位置環境尚可，周邊吃飯走出去500米也有不錯的飯館，衹是房間和衞生間都小，淋浴區更小，衹有一個固定噴頭，水量不大，噴頭出水孔堵塞；馬桶沖水太温柔，一次沖不乾淨，需要多等一會兒再沖；電視沒有中央四套、五套節目，被告知電視台問題；空調太老，製冷調到16℃，還“咔咔”，“啪啪”響了一宿，沒點意志力要被吵到頭疼；早餐需要早去，8：30就少了很多，牛奶沒有了，咖啡粉和房間的一樣，需要自己衝著喝。房間杯具不乾淨，杯身油膩，沖洗時不小心滑落磕碎，導致手被割破，告知前台，不但沒有道歉安慰，還被勒令按照杯子幾倍價格賠償。住在這樣的酒店，感覺不到賓至如歸，一次性的買賣做不長久。遺憾，遺憾！！！

渾源縣是個恆山腳下的小縣城，條件自然沒有大城市好，但這裏離景區近，開車到懸空寺不過十分鐘路程。酒店環境挺好的，院子裏像是花園，酒店餐廳也不錯。停車方便是最大的亮點。早餐豐盛，很有地方特色。美中不足的是，酒店總是停電，而且一停電就停水。住了不到二十小時，竟然停了兩次電，每次都在半個小時到一個小時之間。或許停電的事不受酒店控制，但客人那麼長時間沒電沒水用，確實給客人帶來極大不便，酒店卻沒有主動告知和作出任何錶示，這一點不能不説是一種缺憾。

酒店設施，周圍環境，前台接待服務，客房衞生等都很好。距離恆山景區及懸空寺景區很近，開車十幾分鍾。酒店的早餐非常棒，院子裏有停車場，自駕遊最愛。不要太驕傲，繼續努力，加油哦！

酒店很好，乾淨整潔，還有豐盛的早餐，就是進入不知道啥味，好像是櫃子的木頭味，開窗通風后好一些。整體不錯，出門三天睡的最香的一天。
