But I don't recommend staying here.

The man at the front desk said impatiently that this was the situation, what was going on? You went there to be a scapegoat, right? ? Later, we couldn't accept it, and the place was very remote, so we had to ask for extra money to change to a room in the hotel. We thought it was finally over. At this time, a female staff member from a minority ethnic group came and knocked on our door and said that we booked a yurt, not this room. At this time, I was speechless. I said that I had coordinated with your front desk to pay for a room change. She asked why you didn't stay in a yurt, and this room had been booked. I was curious, the staff here don't communicate with each other, right? I said it's none of my business if someone else booked it, and she even educated me and told me not to speak with emotion. Haha, the staff here are so arrogant, they think they are gods. Only the white cat in the store is very cute and let people touch it, which is why I didn't give it a score. Other things, especially the attitude of the staff, are what I think should be improved the most. If you don't have a sense of service, don't work in the service industry.
