The surrounding area of the hotel is dark in the suburbs, and there is not even a supermarket. The soundproofing of the room was so poor that people outside the door spoke as if they were inside the room. The hotel opened not long ago and is relatively new, but the central air-conditioning cooling effect is too poor. Nice large new hotel, swimming pool on the roof, very wide breakfast choice. We received a room upgrade due to TET. Paid €50 pn and definitely got value for our money. It was only very busy because of TET, so it was hectic all around at breakfast. Moped rental was not possible through the hotel, but it is quite easy to arrange on the main road near the Melia hotel towards the city. The hotel is really far from everything. A moped or taxi is a must if you want to get anywhere.

Before choosing La Vela Huế as the summer vacation destination for my family, I read many online reviews about the place and was pleasantly surprised by the numerous positive comments on the hospitality and attentive service of the staff. From my personal experience, I can confirm that the praise is well-deserved. Our first impression upon arrival was a tasteful lobby, where the receptionists in yellow uniforms warmly welcomed us. The friendly bellman promptly handled our luggage and escorted us to our room, even though we were traveling in a group and they managed the luggage quickly. The room itself was spacious, featuring an incredibly large bed and a view of the rice fields. The pool was also large, with a designated play area for children, offering a picturesque and romantic view of the Central Vietnamese countryside. We had lunch at Nhã Viên restaurant, which was beautifully decorated in a traditional Huế style. The next morning, we enjoyed a buffet breakfast that featured a variety of regional dishes, such as Bún Bò Huế, bánh bột lọc, and bánh nậm, which were delicious and distinctive. It's a pity that our tour schedule only allowed for a one-day stay at La Vela Huế. My family and I definitely plan to return in the near future.

Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đi du lịch Huế cùng với bạn bè nhưng lại chọn thương hiệu La Vela Hotel nhưng lần này ở thành phố Huế. Để mà so sánh thì tôi ưa thích La Vela Hue Hotel hơn. Ở đây phòng ốc thì khá là rộng rãi và view đẹp mắt - nhất là đồng cỏ xanh tươi. Buffet bữa sáng ở đây rất ngon cùng nhiều món khác lạ. Dù bể bơi ở đây không dài và rộng như ở Sài Gòn nhưng tôi cảm thấy ổn và chấp nhận được. Thứ mà tôi ấn tượng nhất là set trà chiều bên đây rất là ngon, đẹp mắt cùng với view quê nội đồng cổ thì thật sự là một trải nghiệm mới và tuyệt vời đối với tôi. Các bạn nhân viên cũng khá là thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Tôi khuyến khích các bạn nên đi La Vela Huế nếu muốn tìm hiểu nhiều hơn về các di tích lịch sử cũng như thưởng thức các đặc sản ở đây.

This is my second time choosing to stay at La Vela Hotel, but this time in the dreamy city of Hue. What I appreciate most about this hotel is their swimming pool. Although it is not as spacious as the one in Ho Chi Minh City that I went to the first time, it has a lot of children and their laughter brings me so much positive energy. The entrance to the hotel reminds me of the street corners in my city. A big plus for this hotel!

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Hue over many trips, and now look forward to many more stays at La Vela Hue Hotel. The stay was very comfortable, stellar service. Their staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. Originally I was concerned the location wasn’t central enough, but the location ended up being great. Without exception, the staff were so gentle and kind with my 2 kids. One of the receptionists even help us to schedule the plan to visit Hue. We will be back!
