房間衞生還可以，木頭裝修多了，感覺有股木頭潮濕的味道，景色不錯，當天看到雲海了，爬山來回時間較長，參與玩的項目沒有什麼，

度假村地理位置絕佳，村內景色優美，這裏的夕陽西下也是一絕，如果衝著白馬尖而來的話，這裡是不二之選。服務員熱情，有問必答，我還丟了手機，不一會兒就去前台領回來了，在此感謝！唯一的不足是衞生間設施一般，其他完美，下次還會去。

這個房間在景區的裏面一點點，很方便，車可能直接開到酒店的門口，（可以免費停車），房間裏面整體是木製結構，還帶個小陽台，我早上起來在景區裏面逛了逛，那邊有個大石頭特別適合做瑜伽，打坐，空氣真的特別的好，然後住宿早餐是免費的，如果想要登山的話比較方便，我就是住宿，然後第二天早上跟朋友一起去登山，一路上風景空氣真的沒的説，就是這個山真的很有挑戰性😂😂😂，很適合一些登山愛好者，整體來説還是很滿意的，但是如果有纜車，多一些小朋友能玩的就更好了🙉🙉🙉

多年入住多次了。就在“白馬尖”下，步行3公里可登上白馬尖。這個度假村當年是很火很超前的。可惜太老舊了。加上三年疫情大傷元氣。可惜了！！！

預訂的房間都有陽台，環境不錯，人不是很多，與景區連在一起，爬山需要買票，沒有索道，山頂景色不錯。

山莊就在白馬尖景區第一道大門裡，總枱在大門外，車衹能停在門口的停車場，但是會有師傅開車幫忙把行李送到住宿區。景色絕美，空氣清新，房間也還挺滿意，9號樓景觀房每間都有陽台，可以看夕陽。五一前一天入住的，非常安靜，睡眠都變好了，早上打開房門聽着鳥鳴呼吸新鮮空氣很享受。第二天節日入住的客人多了就有點嘈雜，還有晚上自助卡拉OK那邊的歌聲實在慘不忍聽。餐廳的飯菜都挺好吃的，分量也足，兩個人每頓衹點兩個菜都吃不完。白天在周圍走走就很舒服了，有勁的可以爬個山。但是房費裏竟然沒包含景區門票就有點遺憾了。另外抽水馬桶要按好半天才沖水，並且沒有一次性拖鞋。總體還是滿意的，夏天來度假一定很清涼。

一家出遊，想着大山裡空氣好，環境好選擇價擇這邊，但是結果很失望。網上預訂的房間到現場前台表示我們訂的房間看不到風景，加了錢換了一間帶陽台的。因有一間沒換帶陽台的房間進去以後房間味道一股黴味，枕頭上還有蟲子，和工作人員溝通表示是木頭的問道。因為有孕婦和小孩，想着和前台溝通換一個房間，打了兩個電話才願意讓我們去看其他房間，剛開始打電話一直強調滿房，然後我們加錢換陽台房。第二次我老公發火了才讓人帶我們看了其他房間，還是有黴味。不想折騰了就想着讓退房吧我們擠一個房間，要收取100塊錢才給退。服務太差了，後面不會再來這家。
