Royal Beach Serviced Apartments

The hotel is good, but the rooms weren't quite ready for use. For example, the dishwasher wasn't assembled. We had to ask for trash bags at the reception ourselves because no one provided them. But all in all, it's pretty decent for the price.

The service was terrible, and the staff were unqualified to receive guests, especially Tamer and his elderly manager. They don't understand customer satisfaction. They gave me a room overlooking the maintenance area, which I refused to enter, but they refused to change it or refund my money. The bathroom was disgusting and not worth the price paid. The water didn't drain properly, not to mention the small cockroaches. I contacted the booking website, and they said they would take action, but unfortunately, they haven't done anything yet. I'll show you some interesting videos of the room. It was a miserable night. Furthermore, the hotel is 20 km away from the main areas, the city center, and the marina. There are no amenities in the room like water, coffee, tea, or even shower gel or shampoo. The bathroom is disorganized, with cleaning supplies and a washing machine in a haphazard manner. 👎

Very nice hotel with two beautiful pools and access to the sea. Bring water shoes. Restaurants and shops are right next door.

The room was very nice and as described, please refer to my other review. If you are going to sail, it is best not to book through the hotel, as it is much more expensive, it is better to go to a travel agency on the street in person.
