The hotel is new and gorgeous , amenities are great and cleanliness is awesome, all the employees are great as well. However, I was supposed to checkout in the morning and totally forgot the date of my checkout. No one from the reception reached out in the morning at all to check in to see if the stay was great or that I’m extending. I only got surprised when I got locked out of my room without any notice and had to pay for the extra half day. My experience got impacted heavily by this instance and lack of checkin from the reception.

The hotel was wonderful, and we had a great time there. The service was excellent, except for one incident at the beach bar. A waiter kept speaking broken Chinese and making jokes at my expense. I felt really disrespected and uncomfortable. It was not just his accent, but rather his attitude that made me feel angry. Apart from that, everyone else there was kind and friendly, and I did not want to let one person ruin my overall impression of the hotel.
This was the only unpleasant experience during an otherwise excellent stay, and I hope the management will address this issue and ensure that all guests are treated with respect.

It's one of the best resort in sahl al hasheesh. One of the best staycation with families. Lovely ambience with private beach on red sea.

We usually visit several hotels during our trips, and generally, they're all pretty similar. But THIS hotel is something else entirely – it's Rixos-level luxury! It seems the hotel is still new and hasn't built up enough of a reputation for sky-high prices yet, so you get Rixos quality at Albatros rates. The food is amazing; salmon and shrimp are commonplace here. The staff are friendly and attentive. I particularly want to commend Mohamed at the front desk. He's a young man who's incredibly dedicated to his job. We got an early check-in from him just for a smile. When we lost an AirPod, he helped us resolve the issue. It was my wife's birthday, and he made sure we were congratulated, and he helped with many other things. Not once did I see a bored look or any hint of expecting a tip... We really regret that our trip is already planned out and we have to move on to the next hotel. If we had known how great it would be here, we would have spent our entire vacation right here.

Al Kasr Sahl Hasheesh Hotel is simply an amazing place to stay! I had an unforgettable vacation here. Cozy rooms with beautiful views, top-notch service, delicious cuisine, and a variety of entertainment – all of this makes for a memorable stay. The hotel is located right on the Red Sea coast, and the beach is fully equipped with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and bars. I was very satisfied with my choice and hope to return here again! Many thanks to the hotel staff for their care and attention to every guest.

A stunning new hotel with fairy-tale Arabian architecture — it truly feels like a palace. The service is exceptional: polite staff, spotless cleanliness, and housekeeping always on time.
Food: The à la carte Lebanese and Asian restaurants are incredibly delicious — and you can book them every single day. Snack bars serve generous made-to-order portions, and the Viennese café offers great coffee and desserts all day.
Beach: Beautiful soft sand with a gentle entry into the sea.
Cons: Pools aren't heated, so winter swimming is difficult. No wind protection on the beach. Not much to do with children.
Extra touch: We stayed 3 days — after checkout, they let us keep our bracelets and stay on the property until our flight.
Verdict: Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel at the end of February with our 4-year-old child, and overall, we were very satisfied with our vacation.
The beach is excellent: there are plenty of sunbeds, and they are spaced far apart, so it never feels crowded. The sand is soft, and the entrance to the sea is gentle and comfortable, with very few shells. There are lifeguard towers along the beach, which adds a sense of safety. A large bar offers soft drinks, alcohol, and coffee, along with two smaller bars. There are changing cabins, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are sturdy and well-maintained. The beach staff are attentive and helpful—they assist with towels, clean sunglasses, and bring drinks. There is also beach entertainment, including yoga, bachata and zumba dancing, pétanque, and beach volleyball. Paddleboard rental and a gym are also available, which adds to the variety of activities.
Breakfast was diverse and fresh. There are live cooking stations for omelets, pancakes, and waffles, as well as traditional Egyptian dishes prepared on the spot. We also enjoyed the honey station, two types of porridge, a wide selection of pastries and bread, including freshly baked flatbreads. There is a large variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, sausages, and fruits such as kiwi, melon, apples, guava, and fruit salads.
We tried massages from three different therapists, and all of them were very good. We definitely recommend taking time to enjoy the spa services.
Music is thoughtfully integrated throughout the hotel. In the main restaurant, you can enjoy pleasant classical piano or jazz music. In the afternoon, the café with donuts features live performances such as guitar, saxophone, violin, or vocals. In the evening, there is a lively entertainment program with singing and dancing, and at night, there is a nightclub near the stage.
The staff truly stand out—they are attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any request. They are especially kind to children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the manager for the exceptional care and professionalism.
The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a separate sleeping area and a cozy lounge space with a sofa and TV. The walk-in wardrobe is a big advantage, with plenty of hangers and storage space, as well as a safe. The bed, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. Housekeeping is excellent: the room was cleaned daily, towels (including beach towels) were changed every day, and bed linen was changed upon request.
There are three à la carte restaurants—Asian, Italian, and Lebanese—which are a great way to diversify your evenings. Reservations are made in advance at the Viennese café. The service is efficient, the staff are attentive, and the food is delicious and authentic.
The hotel is located in the Sahl Hasheesh area. About a 10-minute walk away is the main square, with a shopping street, cafés, and playgrounds nearby. We recommend visiting a charming artisan shop near the square—you can find unique souvenirs and take great photos.
There were a few minor downsides: at the end of February, it can be quite windy. Although the air temperature was around 22–24°C and the sea 18–20°C, the wind made it chilly when getting out of the water, so bringing warm clothes is a good idea. The hotel does not have heated pools. Also, the kids’ club was not operating during our stay, and there was limited entertainment for children, with no evening kids’ disco.
Despite these small issues, we had a fantastic and relaxing holiday and would happily return.

This hotel is excellent, truly all-inclusive. We stayed in mid-January, so it was winter, and our visit was brief.
I definitely experienced a 'wow' effect, and it hadn't worn off even when we left.
**Location:** It's located in Sahl Hasheesh Bay, in an area that's not particularly windy in winter, which is a huge plus for a winter vacation. There's also an enormous promenade in Sahl Hasheesh, about 10 kilometers long!
**Architecture & Ambiance:** The building architecture is incredibly beautiful (!!!). The reception balcony, in particular, is stunning in its grandeur – it feels like stepping into an 'Egyptian palace' on a hill. You could honestly just sit and admire the hotel's views all day. Everything feels new and spotless, from the rooms to the grounds.
**Staff:** The staff is very attentive, always ready to help, and genuinely happy to see you. Since the hotel is still relatively new (as of January 2026), the team is incredibly energetic and enthusiastic.
**Food:** The food is so delicious and varied that it was hard to stop eating. It was a true test of self-control, wanting to try everything but physically being unable to eat more! The culinary team is excellent. There are also à la carte restaurants, Italian and Oriental.
**Pools:** Only the pools along the buildings were heated (these are for ground-floor swim-up rooms), but since the hotel was just opening, we were able to use them even where rooms were empty. What a pleasure to relax in a warm pool!
**Amenities:** They have fantastic sun loungers – soft and with canopies. There's also a new and excellent gym. You're always greeted by dedicated staff in these areas, whether it's a trainer/instructor in the gym or even attendants in the restrooms at reception and in the restaurants! Waiters also circulate by the sun loungers, asking what you'd like to drink. There's a singing fountain and a club on the premises. The beach is sandy with some corals.
While we had a 'wow' experience at the hotel, to be completely factual and objective, there were a few minor things that hinted at the hotel still being in its soft-opening phase (these are small details, but they did contribute to a 50% discount – making it $200/night instead of $400/night):
1. Construction work was ongoing on the grounds.
2. No kids' club yet (promised, but seemingly still in the planning stages).
3. Animation was a bit weak. I only saw animators during the evening entertainment when performers were on stage; I didn't notice much activity from them around the hotel during the day (though I might have just missed them).
4. The evening entertainment itself was just okay (you wouldn't call it a 'show'), but the staff and local animators did their best to make it enjoyable.
5. The 'singing' fountains played the same tracks repeatedly and quite loudly, which was sometimes disruptive.
But these are all minor points; the hotel is truly wonderful!

Al Kasr Sahl Hasheesh exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is brand new and absolutely stunning — we honestly did not expect such a level of luxury.
The territory is spacious, beautifully maintained. Walking around the hotel is a pleasure — it feels calm, exclusive, and very relaxing.
We would like to give special thanks to Mira at the reception. She was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help us with any questions. Thanks to her, our stay was even more comfortable and pleasant.
Since the hotel is very new, we couldn’t find any video reviews before our trip. That’s why we decided to film our own hotel review and share it on our YouTube channel Voyagery – Андрей и Юля. We hope it will be helpful for future guests.
