Pros: The room and bed are large, the environment is quiet and beautiful, you can see the blue sea in a few steps, the breakfast is rich in variety, there is a bar at night, you can enjoy free cocktails🍸
Disadvantages are that the room equipment is aging, the bathtub is a bit old, it is a bit far from the city, and shopping is not very convenient

The location and outdoor environment are very good, but the room is too shabby. The plug of the wash basin broke on the first night and someone came to repair it. The air conditioner leaked on the second night and it leaked again in the middle of the night. The shower water was not hot. One of the bedside lamps was broken because it was a power problem rather than a bulb. I was too lazy to fix it.
The buffet restaurant is very crowded every day, mostly German tourists. The staff is OK, but not bad.
The only advantage is that the sea view is beautiful and it is only a few steps away from the beach. The room staff is very nice and even made towels for us.

The hotel is very old and the staff is bad. The facilities in the rooms are inadequate. For example, there are no slippers in the rooms. Last night I had to go to the reception twice to ask for slippers and waited for about an hour. The food is a complete fiasco. The breakfast options are very few and everything is stale.

Old Palace Resort is an amazing place - beach, pools, all inclusive (if you pay extra) and the staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. I already extended my stay by 2 nights and wish I could stay longer. I would definitely stay here again

Hotel is perfect. Staff are very friendly. Room view is the best. Food is more than perfect and very delicious. Room was so clean but need renovation. Beach is clean and water is clear. Drinks are good but some drinks with extra charge. Great holiday

Fantastic holiday Had the most amazing week . First visit and I can honestly say it’s the best hotel we’ve been to and we would definitely book again. All staff go above and beyond their job description to make your stay amazing. The general manager is always walking round the resort and asking if everything is ok and if you are having a nice time etc and if you have any problems they are sorted swiftly. Food is amazing. Attended four of the restaurants whilst there and they were all brilliant. All inclusive has a great choice and good food
