A really lovely and friendly hotel with great pool service (Ahmed Saad being a great pool waiter). I have also loved the reception/concierge team who have been exceptionally helpful, along with every single waiter in the restaurants. This is by far a 5* experience. Not too far from the airport about 30 minute. The views from the rooms and pools are incredible and the diving is amazing. Would happily return. Certain things need to be improved but think that it can be said for any hotel and any problems we have had, have been resolved. For any UK couple or family that has been to a 5* hotel I would ask you to remember that when you are here, that this hotel is in Egypt and certain expectations we would be used to in the UK aren’t always at the same level. The rooms and toilets (even hotel public toilets) are very clean and better than places I’ve stayed in the UK. I think the value for this hotel is perfect. I will return.

Mahmoud Arbay and Ahmed has taken very good care of us. For us it was Perfect vacation because Service and the Rooms were just Perfect.

This was our 6th visit to what is now firmly our favourite hotel. If you’re looking for an adults-only hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere, then this is a great choice. This holiday, we did something new — we ate at Jasper’s Fine Dining Restaurant with Executive Chef Gloria. You meet with Gloria the day before your meal to agree the menu for the evening. We loved every course, but the mushroom soup deserves a special mention, as it was spectacular. As ever, our every need was looked after by Hanna, the Head Butler. The service he provides is genuinely one of the main reasons we keep coming back to this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, and it means the whole trip runs seamlessly from start to finish. Mohammed on reception got us a great suite this year, as he always does. Mina and Aladdin in Leo’s Bar always had my beer ready and provided a very professional service. It was great to catch up with them both. We’re delighted that the standards of the hotel are as high as ever. If you’re looking for relaxed, peaceful, high-quality adults-only accommodation with superb service, then we highly recommend this hotel.
