Excellent and highly recommended for families and couples! It's very clean, incredibly entertaining, and offers a variety of food and recreation options for all ages.

The room was just okay. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, but if you prefer quiet, beware—the disco music blared until 11 PM. The kids had a blast, though. There were over 10 restaurants, but most served 'white people food' which wasn't very good. The seafood restaurant cost extra. If you're here to play, don't be picky about the food and lodging. The water games are open from 10 AM to 12 PM and again from 2 PM to 5 PM. After 7 PM, land-based mini-games and the VR arcade open up. There are also parties, so you definitely won't get bored. The lobby building offers free ice cream and afternoon tea. Lots of Russians, very few Chinese.

This hotel discriminates against Chinese guests. First, the room they assigned us on the day we checked in was in a very remote corner, and the balcony was filthy! The next day, we found the hairdryer was broken. When we called the front desk to report it, instead of offering a solution, they asked which country we were from. We waited an hour, and no one came to fix the hairdryer! When housekeeping cleaned our room, they just tossed our pajamas, which were on the bed, onto the table. If I hadn't been traveling with my child, I definitely wouldn't have stayed at this hotel.

An excellent hotel I'd love to visit again. The staff were very friendly towards Chinese guests, unlike many hotels that show a subtle preference for European guests (not severe discrimination, but they tend to favor Europeans, which I understand due to spending habits). The hotel facilities are fantastic and fun, and the rooms are very child-friendly. The pool for younger children is heated, truly embodying the spirit of a family-friendly hotel. Playing in the water in February was a bit chilly, so bringing a wetsuit for the kids would be better. Everything is designed adorably. Don't think of this as just a kids' hotel; adults will have a great time too! All the pictured attractions are complimentary.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room came with a large bed and a bunk bed. Right outside our door was the swimming pool, and the hotel has all sorts of water activities, a playground, and even arcade games in the evening. Everything was included in the room rate, except for a seafood restaurant which was extra. We had planned to go island hopping and dolphin watching, but it all got cancelled, so we just spent two full days enjoying the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic! There's so much food, it's a real treat. Plenty of activities too. It's incredibly lively here, with new things happening every day. Beach, pool, bikinis – what more could you want? Plus, there are shows, VR... just wonderful!

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff had an excellent attitude. There were so many restaurants with great food options. The fruit was fantastic, and drinks were all-inclusive. The water park was also really fun. This hotel is huge and amazing; you can have a blast here! I'll definitely be back.

Far from the sea, a shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, but that's a big downside. The pool water wasn't heated in summer and was very cold. Long waits for the hotel shuttles. And the most unpleasant thing was that while the show was free for everyone who booked through tour operators, we had to pay for it, even though the official website stated in both Russian and English that it was free for everyone without exception. It seems there's some local corruption among the hotel's top management and tour companies to prevent guests booked through *********** and Trip.com from attending the show for free. The show itself has become terrible, like some kind of cabaret, not the best option for families with children. It used to be about ancient Egyptian history, but now they show 5 minutes of that, and then it's all cabaret. Few Russian tourists, mostly Poles, Germans, and English. On the plus side, there are many attractions for children, a great water park, a large area, and decent food and drinks. The rooms are fine.
