Nothing good about it. There were cockroaches in the room, and it smelled of cigarettes. I lost a pair of Zara pants that fell from the balcony due to the wind, and no one was able to find them for me. They fell into the marina around the parking lot. The front desk service was more than mediocre. I do not recommend this place.

Having stayed here before, I was looking forward to going again.
It was very disappointing & not the same.
The room was not clean, the bed sheet was too small & moved as I slept to reveal a very dirty mattress.
Although once it arrived, the breakfast okay, I had to wait 1.5 hours to get it. There was one waiter looking after the whole place & he tried very hard but should have had help. One staff member is not enough for a restaurant of that size.& I felt sorry for the kitchen, who must have been under the same pressure.
Reception staff were rude.
As for Blue Beach , the swimming pool & beach that is connected to the hotel. Last time, it was an oasis of calm & a beautiful place to spend relaxing time....
This time, it was very busy - predominantly with Egyptians (which it should be as we're in Egypt), but they were all very young & it was like being in a nightclub during the day. The music was ridiculously loud - a contradiction to the rules sign as you walk in saying no loud music or speakers to be used.
The swimming pool last time clear & blue - this time it was a nasty shade of green !! The photo taken really doesn't show how green it was.
The hotel location within the Marina is good.
Overall I was bitterly disappointed & regret going back - but it shows one of the most important things about a hotel is maintaining consistency & The Bay Hotel definitely didn't do that & I won't be returning for a 3rd time.

Stayed for 3 nights in a 2-bedroom family suite on the 3rd floor. We only had a partial sea view, but that wasn't a big deal since we were out at sea all day anyway. The lobby service was excellent; one room had an AC issue which was promptly resolved. We tipped the bellboy and housekeeping staff, just a few tens of Egyptian Pounds each. The restaurant, however, was a bit problematic. They started serving late and food service was slow. On the third day, we had to leave for fishing at 7:40 AM and couldn't wait, so we just had instant noodles in the room. Despite these issues, it was still good overall.

Omg it was sooo super amazing.Highly recommended. Great value of price and amazing sea marina view will make ur stay extra special. Bishoy was soooo kind friendly and helpful which made me consider to stay there for my next trip. Mahmood one of the best staff for sure aswell. Overall it is absolutely amazing. Who ever reading this review just go for it without any hesitation u won't regret😊

The hotel is well located on the marina, with several restaurants along the waterfront, shops, a spa, and a beach club. It's a lovely, pleasant, and safe tourist area.
The room was quite clean and exactly as advertised, and in a fairly quiet location.
I didn't try the hotel's meals, so I have nothing to comment on.
The staff were very kind and attentive, thank you very much. ☺️

The location is absolutely fantastic, right inside the pier. It's a 5-minute walk to book boat trips. Each person receives a glass of apple juice upon check-in, and they help with luggage. I didn't encounter any requests for tips. There's a popular seafood restaurant right outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious. Aside from a slight odor upon check-in, there were no other drawbacks; opening the windows eliminated the smell. Just write "The Bay Hotel" on the taxi address.

We stayed 6 nights at this property, which is a great place for those traveling with family.
I really enjoyed apartment 504, which offers a breathtaking view of the beautiful downtown marina from the living room balcony.
However, the street-facing rooms are very noisy at night due to the neighborhood and the lack of civility of passersby and tourists.
The hotel has a very acceptable restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner upon reservation. It's also possible to eat à la carte, but of course, there's a charge for service!
The staff is quite helpful and attentive, especially Moubarak, the valet, who made us feel very welcome upon our arrival with his contagious smile and exemplary kindness!
Overall, I recommend this property, even if everything isn't perfect, but the hotel's strong points remain its direct proximity to the city center and the breathtaking view of the superb marina.
