We liked it in general but we had issues with food quality and services like heated pool closed for a day as it was contaminated. The alternative is aqua park or beach which you need to take a 10 minute shuttle to go.

The unexpected surprise was really great, a huge resort, all meals included, and free flow at the bar in addition to bottled wine. With the invincible sea view and the interior view of the resort, the key is to really relax and no longer have to fight with wits to guard against scams:)

Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. Big thanks to Moose, Kariam, Omar and David. I very highly recommend this resort.

There is no bathtub in the room, Ctrip has confirmed it. After entering the hotel, don't keep waiting just because someone is helping you check in and telling you that you have to wait for your room. We arrived at five o'clock and were told that the room was not ready. The hotel swimming pool closes as soon as the sun goes down, which is earlier than get off work time. The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy.

Great hotel in Makadi Bay, 2nd row, yet a short way to the beach. Service in the restaurants very prevalent, Ala Carte restaurant can be used 1x per stay, gives some of them. Eating excellent, there is still a corner with spices. Main pool was heated, animation was okay, there is still air up. Total very recommended!!

Lost of money and time Worst experience in hurghada ever 1. reception are impolite, liers and very aggressive… always pushing and impolite short answers for example, I called them to ask for a golf car to go to aqua which is normal in the hotel, he told me that all aqua parks are closed now while all of them still working for 1 hour after that 2. Umbrellas on the sea are very small and very poor, so it’s not doing any protection from the sun 3. Stress stress stress always pushing not talking 4. Food is less than ok, it’s not tasty and material is very poor, for example, they use the pre-packed burger not fresh meat 5. No fresh juice in the breakfast only unknown brand packs 6. No water bottles allowed only small cups of water 7. I went to another hotel in hurghada after that and the gap was really huge

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us). The hotel is a solid 4-star. The public areas have been renovated, but the room is tired. The air conditioning doesn't provide heat. The room service was great, and the staff worked hard. The food and drinks were excellent. The restaurant was well-staffed. You won't be left unattended. The service in the lobby bar was good. The bartenders were helpful. The entertainment program was moderate. They invite you to stretching, yoga, and aqua aerobics. They take refusals well. In the evenings, there's live music and themed events. There are staff who speak Russian, but I mainly practiced my English. The location is good. The entrance to the sea is normal. There's an island with reefs behind it, and you can snorkel. There are plenty of fish. If it weren't for the wind in early March and the 15°C (59°F) temperature at night, everything would have been fantastic.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).
