We had a 2 night stay and we had our racing banquet at this facility and it was amazing. The food and the service was fantastic. Thanks for the experience!

The room was comfortable for the price, the staff was professional and friendly, but I missed not having coffee in my room in the mornings. The TV was not set on information or guide so one needed to go through each channel to see what was playing.

Absolutely horrible stay! We booked the “eclipse package” to view the 2024 total solar eclipse - which is the only reason we came - thank goodness we never have to come back and will never stay here again. Top reasons we disliked our stay: 1. We were given the worst room - just past the lobby, next to the vending machines, on the way to housekeeping with a bump in the floor so EVERY CART going by made a loud thump noise - and they started early in the morning. The room (#1104) was also under a work area with direct views of the parking lot. 2. The front desk couldn’t care less about any and all requests. They were actually mean and unknowable. 3. We booked under the “eclipse package” so we clearly needed to stay through 4pm when the eclipse would be over - they offered no late check out and no offer to store our luggage. 4. The worst part happened as we ventured out to the far end of the property to watch the eclipse from a quite spot - only to be yelled at by the “golf grounds keeper” (driving his golf cart smoking a cigar - and straight out of central casting) who said we needed to “get off the grass” - even though it wasn’t the “greens” but was the “rough” unkept grass. We were told to go back and sit by the highway - an absolutely awful noisy and yucky location to try and witness a once in a lifetime experience. 5. I wish we would have chosen somewhere else to stay -and will regret the decision that we didn’t just check out after the first night! Go somewhere else! Don’t stay here.
