New and clean, quiet and close to downtown. Parking was next to the front door as it's a one story complex. Owner manager was easy to contact and lived nearby. Very pleasant and affordable stay for four days.

This is a cool little place to stay just off the main road. Plenty of room and the park next to it is a great place to sit and relax.
We were in one of the older units and it was clean and nice but you do need to bring your own pillow as the ones in the room are so thin you can't fold them enough to get something to sleep on. Makes for a long night.
Also watch out for the corners of the bed frame when hidden with the bed cover. Smack your leg on that and it hurts. Not a bad thing as the bed frames are rustic and cool it just hurts. the people in the unit next to us were talking about how we both ran into that.
I would stay here again but bring my pillow.

The bed was so comfortable and the Temperature perfect. Only thing missing was a desk and chair for absolute perfection. Bring own soap if you do not like body wash.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Zion National Park. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The park was about 25 minutes away. The room was clean and location was quiet. We would stay here again.
