Lediglich das Frühstück sollte überarbeitet werden.
Wurst und Käse nicht gekühlt, Rührei total kalt , kein Sprudel Wasser , keine Croissants mehr um 8 Uhr 30( Frühstück bis 10 Uhr).

Great place to stay! Easy to get to and situated within walking distance of a train station that allows access to the city. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful with how to get around Cologne. We got a family room that was large, clean, and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and in room amenities (coffee/tea) were replenished each day. Would totally stay again!

Breakfast was terrible. Nothing was warm and they didn’t even have burners on to keep the food from getting cold. All the meats available seemed intentionally non-pork. There was not a single non-dairy option, from the creamers to the butter. We were totally disappointed at the cost of the hotel when you include such a terrible breakfast.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und ansprechend. An den Zimmern gab es für uns nichts zu bemängeln. Jedoch hat der Frühstücksraum den Flair einer Autopsiehalle und das Frühstück selbst ist billigste und geschmackloseste Qualität. Wir waren das zweite Mal da und würden jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer buchen, jedoch kein Frühstück mehr. Wer auswärts frühstücken geht, ist hier gut aufgehoben,

Alles bestens, komme gerne wieder. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist nur 10 Minuten von der nächsten Bahnhaltestelle. Das Hotel ist somit ideal für Ausflüge nach Köln oder ins Phantasialand geeignet. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt war das WLAN, das könnte etwas besser sein.
