Baymont by Wyndham Hutchinson

Beds were quite comfortable, and room cleanliness above average. TV was iffy; The remote didn't work for the TV itself, only the cable box. The joystick control on the TV was finicky and took a bit of finesse to operate. There was no shower head upon arrival, but after mentioning it to the staff it was fairly quickly resolved. Rooms are exclusively non-smoking, and the doors are quite loud when closing. Despite the doors being quite loud, the rooms seem to do quite a good job of external sound dampening, so it didn't really interrupt our stay other than the occasional door slamming upstairs.

This motel is top-notch! The rooms were super clean, like they were just waiting for me to settle in. The breakfast spread was delicious, with lots of options to pick from. And the staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Definitely coming back here next time I'm in town!

Nice, comfortable, would stay here again. The desk clerk was very helpful. The hotel was centrally located for our stay and the events we attended. We would definitely recommend to others and stay here again if we are in the area.

Last three baymont hotels we stayed at have been horrible. They were run down, And dirty. Last one we stayed at was in hutchison kansas back in january 22 - 25th. The floor was very sticky and the bathtub had hair stuck on the walls. Stay there 3 days and they never once came to clean a room. This is the last time we stay at baymont ends ever. I can't believe Wyndham hotels let's tgem just get by with such bad hotels and rooms!

They post to put a 100 dollar hold on my card and when checked out they would refund it ..the 100 dollars with took out and 4 days later still not in the bank account talk to the MANAGER SUNDAY DEC 3RD REAALLY HAD ADUTUDE AND JUST SAID FOR ME TO CALL MY BANK AND DUSPUTE IT THAT HE REFUNDED IT.FIRST PLACE IT WS PIST TO BE A HOLD NOT TAKE IT OUT..AND THERE WAS NO BREAKFEST OUT AT 730 TO 9 AM WILL NOT COME BACK

Don’t stay here. Please don’t stay here. It’s so bad y’all. The water was yellow when it came out of the tub and then the tub wouldn’t drain and then the towel was stained yellow and blood red/brown. It was truly the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The front desk person did nothing to help. I couldn’t even stay I had to leave. Go to the Fairfield next door they are way better. Worth the difference in price. Don’t stay here

The guy at the check in desk was very unprofessional. When we got there to check in there was a sign to call this number for help. After 5 minutes he showed up. Later I needed quarters for the washing machine. He gave me some. I came back for more and he wouldn't take the coins I brought to get quarters. I saw them in his hands. I sent someone else with bills to get more quarters & he lied to him about having quarters for the washing machine. There was something on the wall behind the door in the bathroom, brown stain on the sheet on 1 of the beds, & shower was too nasty to use. 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no back up. Breakfast was 1" of orange juice in the container, Cheerios, or a waffle. Kitchen area was dirty. I would never have anyone stay there. Had a sign in the lobby about lack of help so be kind to the cleaning staff. I never saw any staff except the 1 man behind the desk.

they do not tell you that the place is under construction, or that the rooms are filthy, or that the beds are like sleeping on a 2x4 infact a 2x4 would be softer. check-in staff rude and condedscending.
