I love the atmosphere at boyang Kai yuan mansion..antique & relax..breakfast mostly Chinese style so far no problem for Asian..hotel staff are friendly..super close to Nanxun 古镇。。

Poor customer services: not attentive and polite. The room wasn't ready although we checked in after 2pm and made full payment in advance.

總體還可以，房間設施比較新，人少乾淨，總體上環境比較好，早餐也可以，停車比較方便，周邊吃飯買東西的地方也挺多，價格還可以，週末會貴一點，空調不錯，服務人員亞南態度友善，服務周到。

先總結一下，這個酒店唯一的優點就是離景區近，別的毫無優勢
4月26日中午在前台上班的三個女員工態度極其的差！不止一次用反問的語氣在和我們對話，我們問什麼也都愛答不理的！搞得像我們去白住一樣。
酒店的設施更是一塌糊塗！淋浴間排不了水，水池邊上全發黴了，隔音巨差！
整個酒店不管是前台，早餐廳、保潔的員工都是一副不耐煩的樣子，真不知道是不是沒領到工資還是咋了
整個酒店性價比非常的低！

非常非常差勁👎五星級酒店態度很傲慢，大半夜的把門鎖上，事後不想解決方案衹會一味推諉扯皮，反正很差勁，衹能説拉低了湖州人的素質，對浙江整體觀感很差，非常功力市儈，感覺都掉到錢眼裡了，見風使舵、*****有深刻認知，以後會拉黑這個城市還有個系列酒店以及整個浙江都很不好，什麼吃的也差，難吃的要命，***也很差，衹認錢！*********，路上遇到的素質也是一言難盡！感覺掉到了錢眼裡，急功近利，*******形象一覽無餘！千萬不要來這個地方，非常糟糕
