一開始不理解為啥這家酒店在周邊都是200以內的地方竟然定價600?
來了才知道，原來是一家boutique art hotel。舊民居改造的新中式酒店，真的衹有五間房~配有寬敞的公共區域，體驗非常棒!
店家也非常貼心熱情，服務很周到。
唯一就是舊式瓦片屋頂容易有一些小飛蟲，介意的朋友可以不選“壽”這間，其他房間暫時沒有發現。

酒店環境清幽雅緻，功能齊全！房間佈局合理 設施非常好！衞生狀況也不錯，打掃很及時！我們樓上樓下的房間都住了！住樓上的晚上趕上下雨，雨點打在屋頂瓦片的“唰唰”聲，讓人浮想聯翩，彷彿在奏響小西街的古老篇章！ 地理位置絕佳 周圍餐飲茶樓遍佈，非常方便！ 最重要的是 老闆非常熱情，周到！由於火車取消 幫我們延遲退房，照顧行李！非常感謝！

閨蜜推薦的民宿，清末江南民居，三開四進院落大宅，上下兩層磚木結構，衹有五間房，因而取名。
我的房間『福』，還有小院子~洗漱用品一應俱全，衞生間乾濕分離，🚽有衞洗麗，吹風機是戴森的！有烘衣架，如果要洗點🧦什麼的，一晚上就幹了。
老房子也有老房子的缺點，樓上的人走路，樓下是能清晰聽見的，也還好，不那麼吵。
這個天還是會有🦟，但蚊香好好聞，更像是薰香。
不提供早餐，但地理位置優越，本身就坐落在小西街（打車的話，到小西街西岸美術館，走兩步就到了），街對面就是衣裳街，有太多選擇了！
老闆娘人很好，服務貼心！
要説有缺點的話，就是洗漱用品、咖啡、茶補給沒有酒店那麼全。

這是我這麼多年出行遇到的最温暖最乾淨最有格調的民宿。店家提前電話溝通到點時間，把定位發好之後，還早早的在路口等着，真的有種回家的感覺。雖然在小西街，但是很安靜，出行也方便，正好是桂花季，進了小院桂花飄香。民宿和網上圖片一致，特別乾淨，整體設施也非常新，點100個贊。如果再來湖州還會選擇這裏，如果有來湖州旅遊的，選擇五間房不會後悔，真心值得推薦。

#環境#房子原汁原味地老房子，讓我找到了小時候老房子的感覺。室內的取暖很到位。
#服務#家的感覺，住的期間，和服務員就是家人的感覺。服務員還到停車場去接我們，幫我們拿箱子。
#周邊#玩、吃都很方便，離衣裳街很近，我們去湖筆博物館、趙孟頫故居等都是走着去的。
再去湖州的話，還會住這兒。

民宿在小西街上出行很方便。提前會有工作人員聯繫出來接，很暖心。不過進去後感覺地方的確不是很大，和圖片上的意境差了些。看到圖中財的房間圖片床是古色古香的才訂的，結果實際和大床房一樣都是現代化的。
