new hotel. high tech and modern. this is closer to the expressway to go to Suzhou and Hangzhou. the bidding and Toileteries are excellent quality. a bit far from railway station though. staff are very polite and allowed late checkout in request

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is nice. The breakfast is very delicious and have many options.

The hotel is very good, clean and quiet. I would like to praise Liangyou and Chongda at the front desk for their warm service.

This is my first time staying at Atour Hotel, and it will definitely be my last time. 1. I arrived at the hotel at around 1pm and they said there were no rooms. Normally, check-in is at 2pm. The question is why everyone who came in later had a room? Seeing that I was with my family, both the elderly and children, they forced me to wait for an hour? Why did at least 5 or 6 groups of people who checked in immediately go in, but only my family had to wait for an hour? 2. I seriously suspect that the comments were fake, because the comments said that children would give children toothbrushes and slippers, but I didn't see any, let alone any gifts and fruits 3. Cheating and chaotic management. After checking in, they told me that there was no breakfast. I took out the Ctrip app on the spot, and it clearly said that breakfast was included! I asked what was going on, and the front desk said vaguely that it was a system problem? Fortunately, I didn't book the room for someone else. If the elderly came, I guess these 4 breakfasts would be cheated away! 4. It's still a problem of fake comments. The superior room doesn't have a mini bar refrigerator at all. Don't be cheated --------------------------------------------------------------- The hotel is not good, but the platform is still good. Ctrip communicated with the hotel, and the hotel apologized and admitted its shortcomings.

I wanted to stay for 2 more days because Mother's Day was coming soon, so I left in a hurry. Next time I come to Nanxun Ancient Town, I will still choose this hotel to stay

A very cost-effective Atour. I went to an Atour in Shanghai before, but the service attitude and decoration were really unsatisfactory. Today, I have a new understanding of Atour. The girl at the front desk was still energetic at more than two o'clock in the morning. The service attitude was super good. The hotel facilities were comfortable, especially the two kinds of pillows and mattresses, which made me feel like home.

I have always believed in Atour's service. The front desk lady answered all my questions and was very considerate. Atour's breakfast is also very good. There are drinks, biscuits, tea bags and coffee in the refrigerator in the room. I saw that there were small gifts and fruits for children. I will consider Atour as the first choice when I go out in the future. I hope Atour will stick to its original intention and do better and better!
