服務真的沒話説！到店的時候有點晚，前台依然熱情接待，還幫我們升級了房型。房間裏的礦泉水、茶包都是免費的，每天打掃得乾乾淨淨，連床頭的充電線都幫我們整理好了，太貼心了，必須給五星！

非常差，1112房間門口有巨高的台階，長者上下難，地毯、衞生間特別臟，水壺都是黃色的水垢，還是壞的，衞生間不能關門，關門磕腦袋，圖片與實際相差太大，很少評價酒店，這是住的最次的一次

確實是一個很好的酒店，物美價廉，我很喜歡，服務員很漂亮很貼心，，還送了水，態度很好，酒店客房空間很大，無線網也快，中央空調很涼快，性價比很高，還靠近南潯古鎮景區，確實好，主打一個性價比。

設施：設施較新，不過地上車位有限，地下停車場有點繞，沒有直達酒店的電梯。

房間很大，大廳也很寬敞。就是位置有點偏了，周圍配套設施比較少，要吃飯要過馬路到對面才有幾家店，周圍都是五金店，買手機，空調店等比較多。旁邊就是銀行。還好離古鎮也就幾站路的距離。
