With an hour to go before I arrived at the location, and afraid of being left without a hotel, I contacted the ********** customer service center and after a long and stressful attempt, they managed to speak to someone who was there and informed me that There is always someone there to welcome guests and I wouldn't have to worry about that. It's perfect, as long as they change the text on the ********** page, as this created stress and unnecessary international phone calls. Arriving at the place, there were actually people from the hotel and they were friendly and helpful. The structure of the hotel is very simple, but functional. Small room, but with a balcony with a partial sea view. Small but functional bathroom. Air conditioning worked for two nights and one was out; due to electrical problems at the property. If a guest who is on the same floor changes the air conditioning selector to heat, for example, the entire electrical network of the air conditioners on the same floor goes down and becomes inoperative. There is a warning in each room, but even so, someone changed the dial and we were left without air for a night, in the 30 degree Celsius heat.

Very good stay, very clean room and very well located 10 minutes walk from the city center. Parking on site very convenient if you come with the car
