We liked the location, within walking distance of the place we visited. The room was wide enough for a couple.

The area around can be incredibly noisy, especially at night time, even up until 5 AM. If you're like me and like having the window open while sleeping, prepare to be waken up regularly by loud cars who think they are on the damn Nürburgring or people who like to yell/scream their lungs out at night for no reason. Pretty standard 40 bucks ish hotel for Korea.

The room was clean and comfortable; I was very satisfied.

It was a shame that there were no non-smoking rooms.

Compared to the surrounding area, this place was relatively newly built, and the price was reasonable. We had guests from overseas arriving and had an early appointment the next day, so we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay in the neighborhood. :) I hope your business prospers.
