We stayed at this Fairfield Inn for a week for our family vacation to Cape Cod. The beds were very comfortable, the room was relatively clean, and the front desk staff was always very kind and accommodating. The hotel was pretty quiet, and I don't believe we ever heard our neighbors. The location of the hotel is great, as the mall is right next door. It was easy to run over for coffee at the Starbucks in Barnes & Noble, walk down to Target for essentials, or to grab lunch in the food court or at the other nearby restaurants. The hotel is also super close to a Whole Foods (and a new, huge Whole Foods is finishing construction across the street), so it was really easy for us to grab groceries or ready-made food if we didn't feel like going out to eat. Parking was free, and it was easy to find a place to park. The housekeeping staff, overall, did a good job. However, I believe our room was only cleaned twice during our weeklong stay (and they forgot about our room for the second clean - I had to call them at 6pm to see if they were still planning to clean our room). For $200-300 a night, rooms should have the option of being cleaned daily or every other day. The housekeeping staff was good about bringing fresh towels/cleaning trash cans if needed, but sometimes you need a room clean with the floors swept or fresh sheets put on the bed. We also ran out of body wash in our dispenser near the end of our stay, and there were no extra bottles in the room, nor did housekeeping replace the empty bottle. Breakfast was okay (but it was free). They could use a larger space for breakfast. It got crowded in there most mornings, and they did run out of some items each day. The breakfast attendant worked hard to replenish things as needed and tried to keep the breakfast area clean. Other tips/suggestions: The free 24/7 coffee/hot water was appreciated. Also, I did do some laundry during our stay, and it was $2 per load. Bring quarters for the washer and dryer. There is only one of each machine in the laundry room, but I didn't encounter anyone else using them. Lastly, I do wish the hotel would actually require a card swipe to enter the building near the elevators. There was a sign that a room card would be required to open the door when you enter from the rear parking lot, but it opened right up without room card access.
