Hyannis Harbor Hotel

excellent location across from the Hyline ferry. Clean rooms and best quality of any hotel in the downtown Hyannis area. Easy walk to ferry area restaurants or Hyannis area restaurants

Hotel was undergoing renovation which we did not know about until arrival. Arrivals experience was less than satisfactory, entry was not as signed, foyer was extremely busy. Room was average.Bathroom was good. Location was very good for ferry and restaurants.

My boyfriend booked a weekend away for my birthday. I was a little worried because of it being the "off season" but based one the web page, I didn't think we would encounter the disappoin**ents we did. My boyfriend pre-paid but did not get the room he paid for. Our view was of construction vehicles as well and hardly any site of the water. We had no idea the hotel was under as much construction as it was, and although we would have been understanding knowing in advance, we were disappointed that no information was available regarding this online. Our room wasn't the cleanest and our tub and mirrors were filthy. There were not any restaurants open on site and I would have had to walk to the lobby to get coffee. There was an in room pot but it didn't work. The parking was easy once we knew were to go. There were no signs or indication where to check in. We almost felt like being off season guests bringing business to your property during a slower time, we'd be treated a little better. We very much wanted to stop by the front desk to request our money back but were so disappointed that we just left earlier than we intended to. I worked for Hilton Hotels for many years and I would not expect a stay to be this way for any guest. We will not be returning or recommending this property.

Everything was good but shower issue needs to be fixed. Water does everywhere all over the floor. No division between the shower and floor

The location was perfect- easily walkable to everything. The hotel is under construction, but it's easy to see how gorgeous it is going to be! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

great location and excellent value within walking distance of some great restaurants. Some inconvenience due to ongoing construction, but hopefully that is short term

This was apparently the best overall hotel pick that we were able to find for our time on the Cape Cod peninsula. It did not disappoint in any way and fully met all of our needs at a decent price.

Over all was a positive experience

They are undergoing a huge remodel and most of the amenitites are closed. They don't say a word about it on their website. The fitness center, hot tub, pool and restaurants are closed! Construction starts at 7:00am right next to the only building that is open. Blatanyly false advertising!!
