This was apparently the best overall hotel pick that we were able to find for our time on the Cape Cod peninsula. It did not disappoint in any way and fully met all of our needs at a decent price.

They are undergoing a huge remodel and most of the amenitites are closed. They don't say a word about it on their website. The fitness center, hot tub, pool and restaurants are closed! Construction starts at 7:00am right next to the only building that is open. Blatanyly false advertising!!

This hotel is directly across the street from where the hy-land cruise docks. We took this to Martha’s Vineyard. We stayed in a suite. It was very nice. All of the staff were very nice especially Carissa, Tania, and Pin they work at the front desk and Julien who serviced our room. Our room had a balcony and a very nice view of the ferries coming in and out. My husband loved watching the ferries.

Hotel was heavily under construction, did not have hot tub, restaurant, or laundry available. Room not as advertised with no spiral staircase, soft rotten floors and moldy spot ceilings. Smallest bathrooms ever. Not as advertised.

The staff were great and the location was optimal. The room was clean and served well. We did not have a view of the water as depicted in the pictures on the website. We had the hotel entrance ramp right in front of our patio door so we could not open up the curtain. The hotel pool area and restaurant were closed due to construction. This was disappointing.

Overbooked rooms so my room was no longer available and was offered an upgrade which was a complete downgrade.
