I specially went in before booking to be sure there was a hot tub- front desk assured me there was one- then I booked the room- the hot tub was colder than the pool- and had been for over 24 hours according to other guests.

Weekend qet away for 3 days with my husband we just want to relax and enjoy the hot tub and pool and have some quiet time , the only complaints I have was couple children running around making some noises don’t know where was the adults supervising there children. Was noisy @ 1 am until 2 am I couldn’t sleep. Was very anointed & de respectful for the other staying here at hotel . I didn’t call management I should but I didn’t. Or and children did so much mess in the hallway trash was unbelievable.

This hotel is a little gem and is very clean and the rooms and hallways smell so good. Rooms and hallways are very clean. Staff really friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The pool and workout room makes this a perfect getaway spot.

We booked in to the hotel expecting to use the pool & jacuzzi. It was closed and under construction. While it did open for the second night we were there, it was not clean. The pool and spa were cloudy and had particulate matter in them. The room was adequate but the shower leaked and there was black mold behind the toilet as a result of the damp conditions. Our neighbors were shouting at one another into the late hours of the evening making things uncomfortable. Not the best experience.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. the first time was perfect. However, the chlorine in the pool was so strong that we could hardly see clearly. this time. the pool was completely dechlorinated. with a greenish color and the jacuzzi had a bad smell and the water was dirty.

Elevator was broken. Pool is very nice. They ran out of towels. Complimentary breakfast but they have a tip jar out. Hallways wreak with a perfume smell. Some are allergic to this and have difficulty breathing. I suggest tearing out the old carpets and replace it with tile. You won’t need the deodorizer. Small bottle of water 2bucks. A pitcher of water would be nice 24-7 to be left on counter for customers and coffee as well. It’s hospitality and a sign of appreciation. It helps with return customers when you show your customers you care about their comfort.
