A friend of mine was visiting from the West Coast and wanted to see Nantucket and the Vineyard. This hotel is about a 3-minute walk to the ferry terminal, so we booked it, and we made a fantastic choice. Raj, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotless. They really take pride in cleanliness and it shows. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. There are restaurants within walking distance and downtown isn't a far walk either. It was a nice place to come back to after long days of sun and sightseeing. Keep in mind it's a small hotel and you won't get the same amenities as larger hotels, but you will get wonderful staff who will do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay. Both of us would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved the location of this property. It is near the HyLine Ferry with a partial view of Lewis Bay, it is also close to several Restaurants and Bars, a short walk to downtown Hyannis, several beaches and is centrally located on Cape Cod. The rooms are somewhat dated but are extremely clean, and the owners are

Our room was very clean and had nice amenities like a refrigerator, microwave and dishes. It has a great location across from Hyannis harbor. It is a family run hotel and the owners went out of their way to be helpful. We found the price to be a good value for the area.
