Employee and services are great Location is good Restaurant and McDonald downstairs

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cooked breakfast was ok but the tomatoes had an fatty taste and the sausages were a little over cooked. Apart from that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed in plenty of premier inns before, you get what you pay for and I’ve never had a problem but Tameside (Hyde) are quite simply the best. The friendliest staff, the cleanest rooms and the most comfortable bed. We couldn’t fault a single thing and at a ridiculously low price too. We’d come back in a heartbeat, we couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Excellent staff, friendly and really polite. Rooms really tidy and clean. Everyone working there, were helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed couldn't fault it one bit, room was spacious for a family with teenage children

As a disabled person I would like to share my highly positive experiences whilst staying at the Premier Inn Manchester Tameside (Hyde) hotel. The staff in the hotel and the Mottram Wood - Pub & Carvery have been very helpful and so understanding. All the hotel reception team and cleaners have been really supportive during my many recent stays at the hotel. I can't thank them enough for how they have made my time at the Premier Inn so positive. I would particular like to thank Chloe, who has been a star and deserves additional recognition for what she has done to help make my time at the hotel such a good experience. We stay here regularly and our last one was 21st Dec for 3 nights. We always receive a fab friendly greeting on arrival. So thank you to Mo, Gemma, Chloe, Emma, Luke, Aiden, Ruby, Sam and Joanna. Hope I've not missed anyone as all staff are friendly and helpful. Also a shout out to Chantelle for help with a name change on a booking for us and our daughter and family. These people are amazing and extremely helpful. Highly recommended

Arrived in the early hours of the morning needing a room urgently as too tired to drive back to Norfolk. Gentleman on both the phone & in person at the front desk extremely accommodating & efficient. Very good rate that reflects the room, comfort & amenities. The cleaning exceeds the rate! Very happy in this regard- the staff must work extremely hard to keep that level of standard up. Wasn’t disturbed in the morning & friendly good morning & conversation upon leaving. Thank you to all
